Description
This crochet pattern is for the Dragon Scale Pencil Pouch or Dragon Scale Clutch Purse. This small purse is a great accessory for night out and is great piece to learn the crocodile stitch. It can be also be used as a wallet if you leave off the strap.
THIS IS NOT A FINISHED PRODUCT. THIS IS A PATTERN ONLY FOR CROCHET.
All Pattern are written in English, in US crochet terms.
Easy pattern. Need to have knowledge of single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), treble crochet (tr), half double crochet (hdc).
The strap is done in Romanian Cord. Instructions and color photos are included in the pattern. A video tutorial can be found at here.
Finished pouch is 8 inches wide x5 inches tall.
Supplies
Red Heart Super Saver Stripes worsted weight yarn (5 oz/236 yds): 1 skein Favorite Stripe
US Size G/6 (4.0mm)
Yarn needle
Stitch marker or straight pin for marking button attachment
One 10-12 mm button
Sewing needle to fit button
