This is a PATTERN for crochet only, designed to help you make your very own Maizee the Cow!

All patterns are written in English, in US terms, using Craft Yarn Council abbreviations.

Maizee is the 8th pattern in the 2022 Roly-Poly Mystery Collection, a collaboration between Hooked by Kati and Anvi’s Granny to bring you 12 adorable hand-held cuties, all with no or minimal sewing!

Maizee the Cow Premium Pattern 2.0 is designed to be easy to read. Whether you are a confident beginner or an expert plushy artist, this pattern comes equipped with everything you need to succeed. When you are finished with your project you will have learned new and useful skills for your art form and created a beautiful piece to cherish.

You Need to Know: chains (ch), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), increases and decreases. Be eager to learn and ready to have fun!

How to make a 3-dimensional object in crochet
How to add parts to an amigurumi without sewing
How to work on both sides of a starting chain
How to shape using increases and decreases

Supplies
Loops and Threads Impeccable yarn, 100% acrylic, worsted weight, 285 yds/4.5 oz/127.5 g, Rose (ROSE), < 1 ball; Orchid (ORCH), < 1 ball.
·F (3.75 mm) hook
Two 12mm solid black safety eyes
Polyfil stuffing
Tapestry needle
Stitch markers

Measurements
7” wide x 6” tall

Gauge
9 sts x 9 rows in sc = 2” x 2”
