Sooie the Pig | Free Crochet Pattern
Sooie the Pig is a quick, no-sew amigurumi pattern perfect for beginners or experienced crocheter alike. This 6-inch crochet pig fits perfectly in your hand and works up fast with simple stitches. If you’re looking for an easy, adorable amigurumi pig pattern, Sooie is ready to join your collection!
My Aunt gets credit for this inspiration, as she was looking for a pig pattern a while back and I realized I didn’t have one!
I took my favorite parts of a few other Roly Poly no-sew patterns and adjusted them to be more befitting a pig. Add a curly tail and voila! Sooie the Pig was born.
Sooie is the featured pattern in the 2025 Toy Box CAL. Her pattern is perfect for a crochet-a-long because it works up super fast — easily finished in less than a week so you can get on to the next awesome amigurumi pattern in the CAL.
Head over the CAL Central on Facebook to find out more details, to keep up with each new featured pattern, and to enter into all the awesome giveaways at the end of the CAL!
Construction
Sooie the Pig is a no-sew amigurumi pattern! Woohoo!
You will start by making her ears, snout, feet, and tail and weave in all your ends.
Then you will make the head and body in one piece from the top down, attaching each of the other parts as you go. It’s so simple and fast, you will be done before you know it.
