This video explains how to attach the nose, eyebrows, and ears to the head.
You can choose to do this step before or after you make the Neck and Front Legs. But I would strongly suggest finishing all the detail on the head before attaching it to the neck. It just makes positioning it easier and makes the attachment of the facial features easier as well.
